The learner in this expedition will learn to shift their mindset from an inward focus to an external focus in order to develop the people-oriented attitude that makes great leaders. It focuses on helping the learner BECOME the right leader for her future start up. The purpose is to help the student build and work in teams in order to construct a robust start up. It also helps choose the right people for their team. At last, the expedition helps learners intuitively identify and grow other team members’ talents in a way that helps achieve the common vision.
